The impression I get is you don't have to put up with this all the time? Most of the time I hear arguing and screaming occasionally slamming and banging but every night without fail there are 3 children screaming themselves to sleep! I'm quite ashamed to say I do bang on the walls when it gets really bad and I have reported them for the noise they make on a couple of occasions. Most nights I don't sleep anyways without trying to go to sleep with a pounding head ache. I have the kinf of neighbours you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy.
