My battle with depression began shortly after the birth of my first child and has never stopped. I suppose it never will. I have learned that balance is key to dealing with this disease. Freiman talks of the meaning of life in his latest book and it really makes sense. He talks of a set of scales that need to be balanced. One side of the scale is full of internal things and the other side full of external things. Freiman lists the attributes that add weight to the scale and asks the reader to decide the balance. Find your proper balance and you find the ability to be happy. www.gafreiman.com is the book site. Life is like a box of chocolates and that is the beauty.
