		<description>Stop, recite, don&#039;t, take time, exercise, take up, meditate, avoid, remove, be aware.  

All good habits to have. But if these activities or steps aren&#039;t deeply ingrained in your subconscious mind they will fall by the wayside.  I&#039;d like to respectfully suggest that the mental habits that cause anxiety and panic also prevent creating habits that can alleviate anxiety.  To ingrain these good habits and more, the mind needs to be reprogrammed.  The way to do this is simple - with affirmations.  Combine affirmations with brainwave entrainment and you have an extremely powerful tool for shaking off the chains of anxiety and panic  FOREVER!
