Advice On Leaving The Bad Times Behind

Posted in Advice by Amanda at 12:29 on 5th June 2008

We could all very easily dwell on the past and all our misfortunes.

But if we try to take a step back and appreciate that trying times affects every one and not just you alone.

I really do believe that every eventuality can be dealt with, why should your bad times rule you and become your life?

Sometimes life is hard and situations are out of your control, we all need to remember this is life and we can muster the strength to beat the sadness and anguish.

Look deep in to yourself and find the courage to overcome all obstacles in your path and then you will truly be in charge of your own destiny.

to beat the sadness is so very hard when your trying to fight the demons inside of you. Sometimes you do feel good inside, but most of the time you know that it is their waiting to pounce when you are most vulnerable. I fight with this every day, and finding the courage to overcome the obstacles I face are very hard. I hope that one day I will be in charge of myself, that I can let the past rest, and be at peace…Mary

I think the main thing to remember is that this is all anyone wants, peace is a hard thing to come by just because everyday things are thrown at us just to test us.
Some of the wisest people I know think that inner peace is the closest thing anyone will ever get to whilst on this earth.
I am inclined to think that maybe im just indifferent!
