A Review Of A Mindful Way Through Depression

Posted in Book Reviews by Amanda at 04:10 on 29th July 2008

A Mindful Way Through Depression is an easy read followed by guidance to connecting your emotional and physical symptoms.

You wont find medical jargon or complicated analogy’s in this book, and that is the very reason people from all walks of life really do believe this book can make all the difference.

Whilst tackling each issue with needed sensitivity, the result is highly effective and approachable although I can’t help but incessantly feel that the wisdom gained from mindful meditation is the key here.

This book is a touch of enlightenment and very cleverly pushes the boundaries of the reader although I must stress I would not recommend this book to anyone who isn’t open to change.

Each author has brought something very different to this book, giving you a sense of sheer calm and awareness.
